3. Estimates & Payments
- All estimates provided are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
- A deposit may be required to schedule your project.

Late Payments: Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in additional fees, project delays, or legal action.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel a booked project with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- In the event of weather delays or unforeseen issues, we will notify you and propose an alternative timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, the client must:
- Provide access to the property during scheduled times.
- Clear work areas of furniture, valuables, and fragile items.
- Notify us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions (e.g., lead-based paint, mold, etc.).
We are not liable for damages caused by failure to comply with these responsibilities.
6. Warranties & Limitations
We strive to deliver high-quality painting services using industry-standard techniques and materials. However:
- Minor imperfections or normal wear are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not apply to surfaces exposed to moisture, structural movement, or improper client maintenance.
- Touch-ups after client-caused damage are not included unless stated in your contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embrace Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
